Collection: Balloon Care

We want you to get the most out of your balloon order so here are a few tips on how to best care for your balloons:
  • Balloons and scissors aren't best friends so please don't use scissors to open your delivery from us. They also don't like pets with claws, spiky plants and rough surfaces.
  • Your balloons will float out of the box and whilst they are weighted, please be mindful of weather situations if you are outdoors and ceiling heights if inside, we would hate for you to pop them by letting them bounce off the wrong surface!
  • Be careful when moving balloons between rooms, they don't like to be trapped in doorways, car boots or in-between furniture. Balloons love to float freely so please bare this in mind when you are placing your order with us.
  • Balloons don't like to be too hot or too cold. A temperature between 15 -25 degrees is just right for them. Please don't leave them in garages or cars overnight.
  • We also recommend that you keep your order away from direct heat such as radiators or candles and out of direct sunlight.

If your balloons are for kids, remember that they aren't toys. Excessive pulling on the ribbon by excited children can damage the attachment to the balloon and/or the valve that keeps them inflated.

Finally, DO NOT INHALE HELIUM, it can be deadly!
